Project Break Free is a community service-based project that promotes community engagement and mobilization to reduce exposure of secondhand smoke on school campuses.

Activities from Project Break Free:

Collaborate with the Los Angeles Youth First Tobacco Coalition (LAYFTC) to network with youth and young adults and to discuss tobacco-related topics

Plan virtual events such as the Art Contest and Youth Summit Event

Partner with LAYFTC Media & Communications Committee to develop social media campaigns
-
Provide free educational trainings on advocacy and tobacco-related topics to youth and community members
-
Outreach at booths and virtual events to engage with community members and share educational materials and cessation resources
