Melanie To is currently a Senior Prevention Coordinator at Koreatown Youth and Community Center overseeing the tobacco control community college campus project, Project Break Free. She has been involved in substance abuse prevention efforts for over five years, and was formerly the chair of the Coalition for Prevention and Control in Los Angeles Metro, and secretary for the Rethinking Access to Marijuana workgroup. Melanie received her Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health Education in 2016 from Cal State Long Beach, and has a passion for improving health access for children and young people.
